Peter Nixon, Potential Limited, Potential Dialogue Institute, Potential Dialogue Centre, Potential Dialogue System, 11th Hour Club, 11th Hour Podcast (hereafter collectively referred to as "Potential") maintains this site and the LMS and pages connected to it (the "Site") for commercial, information, education, and communication purposes. Please feel free to browse the Site. You may download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, personal use only provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials.

You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost or use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video without Potential's written permission.

Your access to and use of the Site is also subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") and all applicable laws. Any unauthorised use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity and communications regulations and statutes.

The trademarks, logos and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Potential and others. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of the Trademark owner. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Potential will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

Potential has not reviewed all the sites linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any other sites linked to the Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk, and is subject to these terms and conditions.

Although Potential may from time to time monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards, and the like on the Site, Potential is under no obligation to do so and assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations, nor for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity, pornography, profanity, danger or inaccuracy contained in any information within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. We use Google Analytics, a third-party web analysis service provided by Google Inc, which uses "performance cookies" and "targeting cookies" to analyse how you use the Website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, this website uses Google Analytics with the expansion '_anonymizeIp()' which means that Google will truncate/anonymise the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union.

Site visitors can freely explore this Website largely without having to reveal any personal data.

On occasion however, it may be necessary for Potential Dialogue to gather information on you for a specific purpose. We will always inform you when we are collecting such information. It is our intention to respect your request for privacy, and we try our best to provide you with communication channels to facilitate this. Once all gathered information has been used for the intended purpose, it is destroyed or de-identified.

Use of your Personal Information

Contact information from the forms is used to respond to inquiries from you or to signup for the newsletter. Users may "opt-out" of receiving future mailings at any time.

When you come to our Website, our server software records the domain name of your computer. We may also track the pages you visit. We do these things so that we can measure traffic, gauge the popularity of various parts of the Website, gain some general knowledge about our audience and compile aggregated statistics.

Data collected by Potential Dialogue is used only for the purposes indicated above. We do not advertise on this site and we do not share any information with advertisers. Personal information will not be disclosed to any third party except as follows:

  • On a confidential basis to agents we use in the ordinary course of our business, such as for data management and distribution of our promotional materials.

  • As we may be required to do so by laws.

  • As you indicate your choice to receive promotional materials from third parties named in the forms.

Potential Dialogue will take reasonable steps to ensure that all information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete, up-to-date and stored in a secure environment accessed only by authorized persons. However, we give no warranty against third parties hacking into the data or any unauthorised access to the data by anyone.

Opt-Out

You can opt-out from receiving information from Potential Dialogue or to delete your information from our records at any time should you no longer wish to receive updates of Potential Dialogue developments, activities and promotions. The data you provide to us will be stored on Google’s GSuite servers accessible only to our authorised employees and contractors. However, we give no warranty against third parties hacking into the data or any unauthorised access to the data by anyone.

Potential Dialogue will take reasonable steps to ensure that all information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

Retention of Data

We will keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is being collected. We may also retain archived personal data for statistical purposes.
