These Workshops Are Crucial
Dialogue, negotiation and conflict resolution are today’s most important skills.
We are presently in a time of huge change and you need to stay afloat.
Unresolved conflict can bury you personally and organisationally. You need to be in-person to learn these key skills.
Confidential workshops are a safe place to reflect on your own organisation and work environment.
Learn how your motivations change your behaviour as you get upset and how your personal “conflict sequence” brings you both success and problems until you learn to better control your natural reactions in times of stress.
Break from your daily stress, get away from your computer, meet people, have fun, and learn something useful.
Learn things about yourself you never knew and how this contributes to your success and failure in overcoming resistance, realising opportunity, negotiating change and resolving conflict at work, at home and in your communities.
Share your current challenges and walk away with a personalised strategy to achieve optimal outcome in your situation.
Practice ways to manage emotions, dialogue effectively & negotiate optimal outcomes with the people standing between you and your goals.
Agenda OVERVIEW
Pre-work
Think about and share a challenging situation at work, home or in the community that directly involves you, and which you are a stakeholder to move things along.
Workshops

Negotiation Module – Learn how to use tactics, break deadlocks and manage concessions to get more of what you want while surrendering less of what you give away.

“The advice and skills we received was easy to implement on our return to the office and allowed us to communicate and negotiate more effectively with colleagues and clients of differing personality types. We’ve also shared this knowledge with our colleagues at the office and regularly refer back to this training in our discussions. I can highly recommend Peter’s training and workshops to anyone who has to communicate effectively with others - so really, to anyone!”
“You have hit on what I believe to be the main barrier to optimizing opportunities and what distinguishes great leaders from average leaders. You also gave me some good ideas to think about as I start this new journey.”
